Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This person will be joining a team that was responsible for leading the implementation of a new HRIS software for the entire company. This person will be responsible for the primary customers of the Help Desk application customers - including shared services, the employee services center, and payroll). An analyst working in conjunction with this team lead will be working the physical tickets that come in and this person will act as an escalation point for difficult to handle issues. Additional responsibilities include gathering requirements to ensure implementation of enhancements or features as requested by customers to HR Help Desk module. This role could be promoted into a role responsible for management, 1-2 direct reports initially.
